Perfect World Philippines Frost City patch delayed
Don’t worry, Level Up! … delays are expected. What’s unforgivable, however, is keeping the hopes up of hundreds—if not thousands—of Perfect World players in the Philippines.
Fortunately, players are still busy with the dungeon introduced in the last patch—Dusk Palace.
In response to queries, Level Up! Games, publisher of Perfect World in the Philippines, released this statement:
Heroes of the Perfect World, we would like to extend our apologies for the delay of the upcoming patch—Frost City. Although we have promised the patch this May, issues encountered with testing as well as the unfortunate incident in China have made coordination between China’s team and ours very difficult and slow.
We will be working 24/7 to make sure that we will be able to give you Frost City and its great features at the soonest possible time.

Bakit sobrang tagal i - download ng patch ng frost city? May sira na naman ba ang server? Sana maaus na ang pag patch ng frost city..

I’m having problems updating, too. I checked with Level Up! earlier today and they told me that it should only take an hour to download the Frost City patch. It probably has something to do with your ISP’s interconnection.
